First of all, sorry to everyone for my site being down the past couple of days. The servers at my work were being worked on but it looks like everything is back up and running.

It's gonna be a quick recap of the episode today. I'll do it the recap the same way I did it last time: person-by-person.

Jake: More of the same from him. Seeing all his stupid faces when he was meeting everyone's parents was so ridiculous. So annoying. Two things:

1. I commented the other week about how all Jake talks about is whatever is going on during the date (his surroundings) or big, life questions. This couldn't have been more evident (and hilarious) than when he was on his date with Vienna. I was dying when they were on the boat ride. "There's a turtle on a log". "There's an alligator". No inflection in his voice at all. Just literally pointing out these things as he's floating along. Have we heard him tell one joke the entire season?
   
2. The one thing Jake's done this season that I've really liked is how he hasn't taken any shit from the contestants. When weirdo no-kiss girl was teasing him, he immediately cut her. When weirdo I'm-going-to-stab you girl was being murderous, he eliminated her on the spot. Lately I feel like he's lost his mojo. He should have eliminated Vienna the other week for being desperate when she climbed into his bed after the 2v1 date with Gia. And he shouldn't have caved last night when Ali was just egging him on to beg for her to stay. At first I thought he wasn't going to do it, but then he did. And then she left anyway. What a joke.

Tenley: Still #1 in my Power Rankings. After seeing her family I think she's the best fit for Jake. She looks more and more like a cartoon character everyday. But still. And it's hard not to like her. She seems completely honest and even kind of normal despite being a complete cheese-ball.

Gia: #2. I just don't see it ever working with them. Is she really going to pick up and move to Texas? Doubtful. And if she did, I never see that lasting.

Vienna: #3. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Can't believe she's Top 3. Attractiveness, from Day 1, she was one of those girls that ABC put on the show that never had a chance just simply because she isn't even close to attractive or as good-looking as the other girls. Yet she's #3. Unreal.

Ali: What do you guys think about Ali leaving? I think it's completely thought-out by Ali (and maybe ABC?). Now we're going to see her pop up during the rest of the episodes so we don't forget about her and so she gets some sympathy points from the viewers (the idiot viewers). Then she's all set to become the next Bachelorrette -- like I said from the very beginning. Thoughts?
