Jim and Bill will enjoy this: The cast for the Game of Thrones HBO pilot is up on IMDB.
Some highlights:
- I love that Peter Dinklage (the little person Julia dates in Nip/Tuck) is playing Tyrion. I think I was picturing him while I was reading anyway.
- Lena Headey (Sarah Connor from The Sarah Connor Chronicles, the queen from 300) is playing Cersei. Not exactly what I was picturing...maybe they'll make her somehow look really blond? And cold and evil?
- Sean Bean (Boromir) as Ned Stark: Awesome.
