A bar in Australia just announced that they're banning douchebags "metrosexuals" and certain male clothing styles in efforts to curb bar fights. Those who violate the dress-code will not only be denied entrance, but will also have their photo taken and posted on a "wall of shame" just inside the door. Among the restrictions:
- No Ed Hardy shirts
- No "fight fashion" (Tapout, Affliction, etc.)
- No popped collars
- No skinny jeans
- No shirts with numbers on them
- No low-cut v-necks (Jim's favorite)
- No pointed white shoes
- No frosted tips or dyed rat-tails
I'm all about punishing Ed Hardy wearers, but I don't really buy their justification. Are you more likely to get in a fight with a guy in a v-neck? Would you go to a bar that forced everyone to dress like they're in a 90s Gap commercial?
