Ever since Jim told me he knows someone who was offered $500 (total) by MTV to be a Made coach for six weeks, I've been kind of obsessed with finding out what reality stars make. I feel like it's completely possible they're all grossly underpaid (considering this is their full-time job, for some), but it also wouldn't shock me if they were all making obscene amounts of money. A few highlights:
- For the first season of The Osbournes, each family member made $5,000 per episode. For the second episode, they each made $5,000,000 per episode. How is that possible??
- Heidi "I'm a good Christian but I'm probably gonna start doing porn soon" Pratt makes (allegedly) $100,000 per episode on the Hills. Ew.
- Jim you will hate this: The Real Housewives of NYC are trying to negotiate 6-figure salaries for the new season. Are they really worth that?
I'm dying to know what the idiots on VH1 make...
